Payments for all Mum e Assistant products, Directory Listings and MumeBusiness services are made via Direct Deposit or PayPal. PayPal: Please note: You do not require a PayPal account to make your payment via this method. After placing your order, you will be directed to the PayPal site, where you will be offered the option of paying via your credit card or your PayPal account.
Direct Deposit: After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with Direct Deposit details. Your order will be shipped when all funds have cleared (can take up to 3 days depending on your bank).
Payments for Gift and Service Directories and MumeBusiness services will be invoiced and are due prior to commencement.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made on products if the product does not meet your satisfaction. A return/refund number will be required prior to refund. Please email admin@mumeassistant.com.au .
No refunds will be given on MumeBusiness services. Mum e Assistant offers changes and/or revisions until client is satisfied as part of the service.
Deliveries:
All deliveries for products will be made via Australia Post, and will be despatched within 3 working days of receiving order and cleared payment.
If you require your package to be delivered via another method please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
